• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
   
• The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Friday, May 5 or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
   
• You are allowed up to 4 guests per room. Additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 4 guests. 
   
• 13.38% Lodging Tax will be applied to each night's room rate.
   
• At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.

ON-SITE FEES:

• Upon arrival, each guest will be responsible for providing a $100 per room per night security/incidental deposit.
   
• Self-parking and Valet are complimentary. Self-parking is available at the Opal Tower (Paradise Parking Garage) and Ruby Tower (Harmon Parking Garage).
   
• Resort Fees are waived for rooms booked under the room block. Resort fees are normally $45 per night and are subject to  state occupancy tax. Guests staying under the group room block will receive the following daily amenities complimentary: 
  • High Speed Internet Access in Guest Room
  • 20% Discount on Spa Services
  • 15% Discount on Spa Retail
  • One (1) Complimentary Appetizer with a purchase of two (2) Dinner Entrees at Commons Kitchen
  • Two for one (2 for 1) Drink at Commons Club
  • Two (2) Bottles of Water
  • In Room Live Streaming (Hulu, Netflix, etc.)
  • Unlimited local, domestic long distance, and toll-free calls

CANCELLATIONS:

• The hotel must receive cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
   
• Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room & tax.
   
• An early departure fee of a minimum of one (1) night's room & tax will be added to the guest's account if the guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date.
