Sharon has over 40 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, 13 of which were in REO operations and vendor management at Freddie Mac. Sharon’s knowledge of REO, attention to detail and ability to communicate make her an excellent partner to her clients! Having previously been on the corporate seller side of REO, Sharon truly understands what it takes to manage, market, and close an REO property.
Sharon has been active in the field of training and professional development for over 30 years, focusing on various aspects in the financial services and real estate industries. She has created and delivered programs for institutions such as Freddie Mac, The Five Star Institute, Asian American Real Estate Association, and the National Association of Fair Housing Alliance. Sharon is a frequent speaker and trainer for several real estate industry trade organizations.
Additionally, Sharon is co-owner and Senior Partner of the Real Estate Academy for Learning, a real estate training company, and is the Executive Director of Operations for US REO Partners, a membership-based organization that supports, trains, and connects real estate professionals and corporate REO clients.
